About Kapity
I am a senior undergraduate with a major in Creative Writing and minors in Spanish and Honors Interdisciplinary Studies. I am bilingual. I scored a 36 on both the English and Literature sections of the ACT (back when they were separate categories.) I am specifically versed in both academic and creative essay writing, fiction, creative nonfiction, and poetry. I have been a submissions judge for UCA's literary magazine the Vortex, as well as Arkansas's The Oxford American.

My classes will be geared toward undergraduate or high school students of any writing level. I will create a lesson plan specific to the skills my students want to hone: including short readings I believe will give insight to your works. The class will be a workshop-type class, where the student will produce creative works and receive my feedback. I will have lessons on different styles and authors; I want you to leave class inspired! I will provide prompts based on readings and lessons, and we will occasionally have short in-class writing sessions. In a group class, I want the students to give feedback to each other.
