About Penny
I'm a classical pianist working as a session musician in London. I trained classically for 12 years, but decided I preferred working in pop and rock, and moved into this part of the industry. I love almost all genres of music, from classical to metal to folk, and play pretty much everything on the piano. I love tutoring, especially in piano, because I like watching people improve at something they care about, and helping to grow their passion in something I love so much.

As a tutor, I tailor each lesson to the student, focusing on building passion in the subject as much as improving skill. Lessons are focused on what the student wants to learn, including which songs you like, genres and how much or little practice you can accommodate. I'm happy to work with all age groups & levels! I've worked as a tutor for 3 years, have passed all ABRSM grades for classical piano, and have experience working in the industry, including recording, live performance and teaching.
