About Larry
Adults and working professionals often find me when they feel stuck on a plateau. Self-taught players usually arrive here needing structure to organize their practice. I hold a Diploma in Music Performance from Musicians Institute Hollywood. My background includes 13 years of experience playing in Nashville.
Having cut tracks as a session player, I know exactly what gets a song finished. I teach lead guitar and acoustic technique alongside essential music theory.
Blues progressions and barre chords are regular topics in our work. My electric technique focus keeps everything practical for the modern player. I enjoy helping people turn their song requests into simplified arrangements that sound great.

Getting started involves bringing a song you actually want to play. We spend 1 hour building a foundation that makes sense for your goals. The focus remains on guitar and voice together because that is how you will use them in real life.
I use my 13 years of experience to bridge the gap between abstract theory and actual performance. We will walk through rhythm, lead playing, and structural clarity.
The arrangements I write for you are always based on the music you love. Do not worry about being perfect right away. We can start whenever you feel ready.
