I base my classes on a structure that helps to identify the strong and weak points about one's mental and physical state even beyond their own understanding. Identifying one's issues correctly is very important as some sources of pain, anxiety, paranoia etc. can disguise themselves as short-term frustrations as a result of our environment which confuses the brain when trying to find solutions. A goal structure is then created that incorporates small fragmented change, which, if done consistently over a period of time, resets the reward system that operates in our bodies and is linked to our biological status tracker. This reward system being linked to actions that don't serve you long-term(choosing dopamine over serotonin) can become catastrophic. Apart from physical and mental exercises there is a lot of pure biological knowledge in this class. In order to detach the mind and see the body as a mechanism that is occupied by a energy-based entity we need a better understanding of how the body functions. "Which are the processes in it that are there to be controlled and which are to be observed?"... Is the question that if answered correctly leads to real self-love.
I am a dedicated life coach, specialising in both the physical and mental processes needed to transform suffering into fuel that provides a strong push towards achieving goals and transcending into happiness and apreciation. A big numher of the changes are in the mind but the state of the body is just as relevant. I used to be a dance teacher which taught me the importance of activating the body and the profound way in which our way of thinking changes after we do. I have lots of experience in mental health which sadly started within my own family and although some of it was very challenging, I feel like it was much needed preparation that made me better at understanding and helping people. I have done work for charity organisations in the field of mental health supoort and I have a private practice where I can also apply alternative methods that the system within charity organisations doesn't allow. I also have a business management degree which helps to conduct structured plans and make sure the changes my clients go through are guided by goals and can be applied to all aspects of life in an efficient way. I love seeing people improve their state of mind and body and use that improvement to take their carreer, relationships and appreciation of the self to the next level.
