Using a systematic approach based on Sports Authority of India (SAI) standards, I focus on the three pillars of professional shooting: Technical Precision, Physical Stability, and Mental Fortitude.
Each session includes:
Technical Analysis: Correcting stance, grip, and trigger pull using professional-grade techniques.
Mental Coaching: Breath control and focus exercises used by elite state-level medalists.
Custom Progress Tracking: I create a personalized training plan tailored to your specific weapon discipline (Rifle/Pistol) and competitive goals.
