About Amara
My passion for singing began from enjoying live music, songwriting, and expressive performance during my early years. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Contemporary Vocal Arts and have spent the last 5 years helping students strengthen their voices through supportive teaching and practical learning methods. I enjoy helping learners feel more confident while developing vocal ability.
I focus on creating lessons that are welcoming and adaptable for different musical interests and confidence levels. Some students improve through technical repetition and vocal drills, while others respond better to emotional interpretation and creative performance activities. My teaching style combines patience, encouragement, and positivity so students can improve comfortably while building vocal confidence.
Outside teaching, I enjoy songwriting, studio recording, and exploring different vocal traditions and musical genres. Staying connected to music helps me introduce fresh and inspiring ideas into lessons. Teaching singing is meaningful to me because I enjoy helping students express themselves confidently and creatively through their voice.

My singing lessons focus on helping students strengthen their voice through supportive practice and structured vocal development. I teach breath control, pitch accuracy, resonance, phrasing, harmony, vocal flexibility, and performance skills using guided exercises that gradually improve vocal confidence and musical expression. Lessons are designed to help students sing with more freedom, creativity, and emotional connection while creating a comfortable learning environment.
Beginners improve through vocal warmups, breathing exercises, and simple melodies that gradually strengthen healthy vocal foundations. Intermediate learners develop stronger projection, emotional interpretation, and tone consistency through guided performance practice and technical activities. Advanced students focus on stage preparation, advanced phrasing, and stylistic interpretation with deeper musical understanding. I also include listening exercises and recording review sessions that help students improve naturally.
Singing becomes more rewarding when students emotionally connect with music instead of focusing only on technical perfection. My lessons encourage creativity, self-expression, and confidence while helping learners improve steadily. I want students to become more expressive, relaxed, and emotionally connected while developing their own vocal identity.
