About VANINATH KUNAL
I am passionate for teaching Yoga to those who feel that Yoga is not their cup of tea coz I was under similar situation for quite a long time. I discovered yoga with an objective of discovering myself and learning the art of living at the moment. My passion to learn yoga stems from my inability to concentrate on a particular moment due to unlimited thoughts spanning across my minds often. With yoga and guided mediation I learnt to enjoy the stillness and this is the feeling which I want to instill in my students and inspire them in their journey of loving themselves.

I come with experience of conducting several group and one to one yoga classes especially for middle aged beginners. I focus on breathing techniques and my teaching methodologies are highly recommended for beginners and those aged preferably above 45. My class typically lasts for 45 minutes with 15 minutes of guided breathing techniques or meditation. I have a knack in providing trainings for those with mild injuries such as knee pain or lower back pain. With thorough focus on simple techniques and methods I am a beginner's friend especially for those who are new or rather worried about being judged in a typical yoga school where focus is more on advanced poses. Chair Yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, guided meditation are the methodologies that you can find in my classes.
