As a tutor, my primary goal is to inspire confidence in my students and help them achieve their academic goals. I am a third-year computer engineering student at the University of Waterloo with one year of industry experience, so I have a strong foundation in computer science and engineering concepts. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others succeed, and I take great care to deliver high-quality lessons in a professional and friendly manner. As a tutor, my approach is centered around helping students understand and retain the material they are learning. To do this, I utilize a variety of teaching techniques and methodologies, including visual aids, hands-on demonstrations, and interactive activities. I also encourage students to ask questions and actively participate in the learning process.
A typical lesson plan would involve introducing the topic at hand, reviewing any relevant background information or concepts, and then diving into examples and exercises to help the student gain a deeper understanding of the material.
