About Matteo
As a piano tutor with 10 years of experience, I am deeply passionate about empowering students through music education. I teach school and college learners with patience, enthusiasm, and dedication. My journey as a teacher has been shaped by my belief that music has the power to transform lives and build confidence.
Over the years, I have helped many students move from basic exercises to advanced pieces with steady progress. A significant milestone in my career was mentoring students who confidently participated in competitions and public performances.
I focus on developing strong fundamentals, regular practice routines, and expressive playing techniques. I adapt my lessons to match each student’s needs and goals, ensuring steady improvement.
My ultimate goal is to create passionate pianists who carry their love for music throughout their lives while growing into confident and disciplined individuals.

I follow a flexible piano teaching approach that balances technical skill, musical understanding, and creativity. Motivation plays a central role in keeping students engaged, and I encourage them to set achievable goals and track their progress regularly.
Communication is interactive and clear, helping students grasp rhythm, chord transitions, scale patterns, dynamics, articulation, and expressive phrasing. I provide detailed demonstrations, supervise hands-on practice, and ensure correct technique and posture.
Integrity is reflected in punctuality, professional lesson planning, and honest feedback, which helps students stay focused and grow consistently. Creativity is encouraged through improvisation exercises, composing short melodies, and exploring different musical genres.
In addition to piano, I teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, and keyboard fundamentals for complete musicianship.
