About Sophie

My name is Sophie, I am an enthusiastic and committed teacher and 24 year old graduate from Oxford Brookes University with a Bachelor of Arts Sociology degree, as well as having taught English for a year abroad.

I also have experience in teaching English, Science, Geography and History to children aged 5-11 as I teach full time in a Primary school, as well as having taught English as a foreign language to people aged 8-50!

I am CELTA qualified, and will complete my QTS and PGCE qualifications next month. I am particularly passionate about helping Native English students to improve their English, as well as helping those who have very limited English!

About the lesson

For learning to be as effective as possible, it has to be engaging and enjoyable. That is precisely why I use my enthusiastic and confident personality to make sure all my lessons are creative and memorable!

My lessons are 1 hour each, and I have significant experience teaching both adults and children - so I construct lessons that are perfectly appropriate for your age.

Sociology graduate and CELTA qualified experienced English teacher offering online tutoring in both subjects!
