About Kenneth
Hi, I'm Kenny, a Software Developer with over 10 years of professional experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Long Island University Post, earned in 2015.
Throughout my career, I've worked with a variety of technologies, solving real-world problems and developing software solutions across different industries. My experience has given me a deep understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of computer science, which I enjoy sharing with students.
I specialize in tutoring students ages 10–18 in Mathematics, Information Technology, and Computer Science. My teaching style focuses on building a strong foundation of understanding rather than memorization. I strive to make complex concepts easy to understand by breaking them down into simple, relatable examples and adapting my lessons to each student's learning style and pace.
Whether a student needs help improving their math skills, learning computer fundamentals, exploring programming concepts, or preparing for exams and projects, I provide a supportive and encouraging environment where they can build confidence and develop critical problem-solving skills.
What motivates me most as a tutor is seeing students overcome challenges, gain confidence in their abilities, and discover that subjects they once found difficult can actually become enjoyable.
