I focus on building a foundational understanding first, then strengthening it through practical, hands-on practice. I deconstruct complicated and dense topics, using real-world examples, and guide students through problem-solving rather than just providing answers. A common theme with my approach is to fully deconstruct the problem, both in topics covered in sessions and in identifying where the student is and what their goals are.
My lessons are best-suited for undergraduate students in Computer Science or Software Engineering, especially those taking introductory programming, data structures, and database courses.
