I am an Ex-IT Professional (B.E, Computer Science Engineering having 5 years experience with Tata Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd, Chennai) with hands-on experience in Java-based e-commerce technologies and frameworks like (SAP Ariba, SAP Hybris etc) and E-commerce, Retail domain knowledge.

I believe in step by step concept building and hence do not take classes in the traditional rote method by following textbooks.
I usually choose the syllabi(CBSE/ICSE) and use activities and exercises to assess the students level of understanding first and based on the ranking focus on the topics.
Based on each topic score, I will divide the class into groups and prepare a customized teaching plan for each group and then take concept building classes.
After each module or concept is over, I will conduct assessments in order to make sure that students grasp the topics clearly.
Feedback forms will be mandated after each module to understand the student's requirement.
