About Shea
I have 13 years of teaching experience and hold a Master's Degree in Applied Spanish Linguistics. Throughout my career, I have worked with learners from different backgrounds and helped them build strong communication skills through engaging and supportive instruction. Teaching allows me to combine my passion for language with my dedication to education.
My teaching approach focuses on practical language use, clear explanations, and consistent encouragement. I believe students learn best when they actively participate and feel comfortable making mistakes as part of the learning process. Every learner receives personalized support designed around their objectives.
One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is watching students become confident speakers. I enjoy helping learners achieve goals that once seemed difficult and seeing their confidence grow over time. My aim is to create lessons that are enjoyable, effective, and inspiring.

My Spanish lessons are built around practical communication and steady confidence building. Students learn how to express ideas clearly while improving grammar, pronunciation, listening comprehension, vocabulary usage, sentence structure, and conversational ability. Every lesson provides opportunities to actively use the language in meaningful ways.
I include dialogue practice, storytelling exercises, roleplay scenarios, comprehension activities, cultural discussions, and speaking challenges that help students strengthen both fluency and accuracy. Lessons encourage learners to think in Spanish while developing confidence through consistent practice and support.
