About Mira
My interest in Spanish began through a fascination with language diversity and cultural exchange. This passion encouraged me to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies and begin helping others develop language skills. During my 3 years of teaching experience, I have worked with learners from different backgrounds and learning goals.
I believe language learning should be enjoyable, interactive, and practical. My teaching approach focuses on communication, real-world application, and gradual skill development. Through engaging activities and supportive guidance, I help students become comfortable using Spanish in meaningful situations.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring Spanish literature, learning about cultural traditions, and studying language acquisition methods. These interests help me bring authentic cultural perspectives into lessons. Helping students gain confidence in Spanish communication remains one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

My Spanish lessons focus on helping students develop practical communication skills that can be used in everyday conversations, travel experiences, academic settings, and professional environments. Learners work on pronunciation, grammar foundations, listening comprehension, sentence building, vocabulary expansion, reading practice, and conversational fluency through engaging and structured activities. I encourage students to actively use the language from the beginning so they become comfortable expressing ideas in a natural way. Every lesson is designed to build confidence through meaningful communication.
Lessons are adapted to each learner's goals, strengths, and current level of understanding. Beginners focus on essential vocabulary, simple sentence patterns, and common expressions. Intermediate students strengthen their speaking abilities, listening skills, and grammatical accuracy. Advanced learners refine fluency, cultural understanding, and sophisticated language use. Continuous practice and personalized feedback help students improve steadily and confidently.
