I was recommended Tere as a Spanish tutor by a mutual friend to help me with my Spanish conversation and comprehension. I was struggling with books and online methods as there is so much out there, I needed someone to give me some structure and confidence and above all to practice my speaking and reading skills with me. Tere is very personable and makes you feel comfortable at once. We do one to one online classes that is far more productive than being in a group class, I have learned so much more and Tere makes sure that I am learning at my own speed and is happy to slow things down when needed.

I highly recommend Tere for anyone who is looking for a teacher who uses a variety of methods to make learning Spanish fun, especially for older adults like me!

Tere is a welcoming and friendly tutor who adapts her lessons to each learner and makes her sessions as individual as her students. I'd definitely recommend her services to anyone looking to improve their Spanish, or start from scratch!

Tere is super patient and a very natural teacher. She mixes up the teaching methods nicely with lots of conversation and then picks out relevant grammar exercises, so I find I am able to pick up a lot of vocabulary and grammar without too much hard graft. The lessons are well structured and I am sure she could adapt to teaching at any level. I feel that I am making more progress with Tere than any other books, apps or previous lessons! Tere is really encouraging and puts you at ease. She is fluent in Spanish and I love listening to her speak. She doesn’t mind too much when I ask her to repeat words either!

Tere is an excellent teacher. If you’re working full time and would like to improve your Spanish with an adaptable, intelligent teacher, Tere is highly recommended. She will fit lessons around your work schedule. Classes can be book based (conversation and/or grammar) or discussions on current affairs or culture (arts, films). Tere has lived in Barcelona and London, so is fluent in Spanish and English which helps. She’s an experienced, professional person and is also clear, concise and kind. Classes will not be dull!
