About Sorrel
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature and have 7 years of experience teaching Spanish to students from different backgrounds. My interest in languages started early and grew into a strong passion for helping others communicate effectively. I believe that learning a language should be practical, clear, and enjoyable. My teaching style focuses on patience, clarity, and building confidence step by step.
I customize my lessons based on each student’s needs and pace of learning. Beginners receive structured guidance to build a strong foundation, while intermediate learners are supported in improving fluency and understanding. Advanced students focus on refining communication and gaining confidence in real-life conversations. I create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable practicing and improving regularly.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy exploring Spanish culture, music, and literature, which helps me bring real-world context into lessons. This makes learning more meaningful and engaging for students. Helping learners feel confident in using Spanish and seeing their progress is one of the most fulfilling parts of my teaching journey.
