About Eridana
I am a Customer Service Representative at Lehigh Valley Health Network. To help people is my passion and I notice that the Spanish population is growing significantly. My main purpose is to make sure that students understand their new language. Finding easy ways to apply what they already know. In 2012, I had certification training as a Spanish tutor from Northampton Community College. Having 25 students at the same time was challenging, however, I like to keep things easy and simple applying dynamic strategies on their routines help them to succeed in their class.
I graduated from my Master in Business Administration back in July 2018 and I found that pedagogy has to follow a program customized to each student. Please, let me know if you have more questions about my professional experience it will be a pleasure to expand more this topic. Thank you.

I like to listen to the perspective of the student first and then to apply strategies to work on. Clear communication and set goals together during our tutoring. Spanish grammar is challenging but easy to follow because it responds to a rule established base on the Royal Academy Spanish (Real Academia Espanola)
