About Samhita

Hi! This is Samhita, a finance and entrepreneurship student at UT Austin McCombs School of Business. I have 6+ years of tutoring experience in Mathematics, Spanish, Social Studies, and English for elementary through high school students. I have tutored over 35 students long term and have achieved quantifiable results in their mathematical and language skills.

About the lesson

I provide thorough preparation and clarity in concepts through the course of tutoring a student. I am very passionate about offering personalized lesson plans and unique methods catered to each student. My teaching methods vary depending on the needs of the student, and specifically for Spanish, I focus on conversational skills, vocabulary, and writing.

My friend took lessons from her, and her grades improved substantially in Algebra 1. She is way more confident in math now and can critically think really well now.

Samhita is honestly one of the best teachers I know. She is patient, kind, and incredibly supportive. She makes learning a language way less intimidating. I went from not knowing how to form sentences to having stable conversations in English. Love her!
