I am an experienced yoga practitioner from India. Would like to offer classes to anyone who is curious to learn more and are facing problems of underconfidence and inhibitions about their body. I will be guiding the students slowly thorought the entire process with detailed sessions.

Naked yoga (Sanskrit nagna yoga or vivastra yoga) is the practice of yoga without clothes. It has existed since ancient times as a spiritual practice, and is mentioned in the 7th-10th century Bhagavata Purana and by the Ancient Greek geographer Strabo.
I offwr only one to one private sessions.
