I am 200 hours RYT I teach Dynamic Vinyasa Flow with strong Ashtanga influence. Though challenging, the sequence touches the core aspect of mind, body and soul. I am skilled or have knowledge in the following:
• Asanas: standing poses, forward bends, twists, backbends, inversions, and balances. • Asana alignment, including assists and adjustments • Meditation • Pranayama • Kriyas • The art of Teaching, including beginner and advanced variations • Physical and energetic Anatomy • Study of Sanskrit • Philosophy and ancient yogic and Hindu scriptures • Communication Exercises • Nutrition and Lifestyle
