About Christo
My name is Christo Janse van Rensburg and I have been involved with sport from an early age. After school I started focussing on sports coaching and then added health and fitness to my line of expertise. My passion is now to teach what I have learned over the last 15+ years and become a mentor for people from different ages and backgrounds.
