About Phoebe
I have run gyms, worked with athletes overseas and worked with special populations across all manner of exercise modes over the past seven years and love to share what I have learned. With a great deal of real world experience, I can relate the classroom theory with real world examples to give a tangible scenario that makes the theory easier to grasp and remember long term.
