About Elise
I am a sports coach thanks to a year of training to acquire the Bpjeps fitness activity with a group course option. I work in One Fitness Club and have started my own sports lesson business. I give stretching, muscle building, sport for senior and gentle gym classes for all levels.

Je connais Yourlittlecoach par les coachings qu'elle a pu me faire. Elle sait être à l'écoute et sait s'adapter à chaque personne pour donner ses cours de sport. Tout en gardant le sourire et la joie de vivre, elle a su me motiver. C'est un réel plaisir de suivre ses coachings.
