Degree in Physical Education and Sports - Eighth Semester (University of San Buenaventura - Medellín). With knowledge in the area of biomechanics, physiology, bodybuilding and Fitness. Level B1 of English. 8
years going to the gym and practicing weight lifting, in which I have acquired various knowledge about bodybuilding and fitness empirically, to this is added the university career that I am currently culminating.

My teaching and instruction methods are based on the identification of the previous knowledge of the students or users and their objectives and needs, taking them as a starting point to develop a fundamentally practical intervention plan without leaving aside the theoretical, until reaching the established objectives or as close as possible to these. My sessions or consultancies are aimed at all types of people, of any age, with whatever the objective may be, as long as it is possible.
