Hey, I'm doing my Abitur (sport as LK) this year and I completed my fitness trainer - C license last year. So I have not only practical, but also theoretical knowledge! I've been working in a gym since 2018, so I've already gained experience there.

I will adjust the hours to you. Depending on what is asked, I will plan the lessons so that you can achieve your goals as effectively as possible. I can adapt different workouts to the goals in the fitness area, but also offer various exercises for general improvement in football, for example.
