About Quintin
I am a former professional soccer player that has been involved with sport and exercise my whole life. I studied sports conditioning coaching as well as sports management courses to assist me in this field. I have studied under biokineticists and sport scientists at Stellenbosch academy of sport to further expand my knowledge whilst I was a football player at the club there.

I prefer to keep lessons individualized and specific to each person and their needs. Starting with assessments and learning more about you and your goals. Lessons then progress steadily to train the body gradually at the required rate to reach your goals. Typical lessons will be mixed with different exercises to keep it interesting as well as schedules and advice for nutrition purposes. Lessons aimed at any type of athlete whether beginner or professional. Lessons will be calm and focused on exercises and keeping technique as proficient as possible throughout to maximize the effects.
