About Daniel
I have been playing sport all of my life and have been going to the gym every day of the week for a year now. I have been exposed to leads of different techniques and training methods. I currently have two clients in york and have three clients in London.

I am enthusiastic and friendly and look forward to meeting you. I want to help get more people into the gym. It can be intimidating to start to lift if you don't know what you are doing and are scared of being embarrassed. I specialise in strength training and conditioning. I have five plans for varying abilities and goals which provide the basic underpinning of the sessions. All plans would be personalised to you.
Finally, it has been said that I push you to go further than your expectations and my sessions are tough but enjoyable.
