About Maggie
Sport is one of the most important things in life for me. It increases your body awareness, satisfaction and self-esteem, helps lead a healthier lifestyle and is a lot of fun. That is why it is important to me to be able to convey these qualities and many, many more, very many young people. If, after training, I was able to get participants to continue doing sports in their lives, I have achieved my goal.

Many years of experience in training with children mean that a lot of know-how can be brought into the course. The trainings can also be composed differently. Depending on what is desired, different (ball) sports can be trained. At the end of the day, everyone should want to say that exercise is great!
Exercise sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes. These can be carried out at an agreed location or online.
