About Eid
Hi, I’m Eid, a student at Stanford University studying Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. In high school, I earned my country’s first silver medal at the International Physics Olympiad, placing 38th globally and 1st in the Arab world, and graduated in the top 1% of my class.
Before coming to the U.S., I worked as a coach for my country’s national physics team, which gave me experience breaking down complex ideas and Olympiad level physics and math problems, and helping students perform at a high level.
I’ve been tutoring for over 3 years, working with students from elementary school through college, especially in math and standardized test prep like the ACT and SAT. I focus on helping students understand the “why” behind concepts so they can approach new problems with confidence.
I keep my sessions personalized and practical, adapting to how each student thinks and learns. My goal is to help you build real understanding and see measurable improvements!

I like to start by figuring out how my students are thinking about the problem, not just what they don’t know. Once I see their perspective, I try to meet them there and reshape the idea in a way that clicks for them. Then I’ll have them explain it back, apply it, or answer a question or two, just to see if it actually stuck or if we need to rethink the approach.
