About Shubha
I’m Shubhashree Pradhan, a dedicated Odissi dancer and a disciple of renowned Guru Kasturi Pattnaik. My dance journey began at the tender age of 4, nurtured by my musical family background which made every step both natural and joyous. I hold a Visharad in Odissi dance and have been honored with the CCRT scholarship for my commitment to this classical art form. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of performing on prestigious platforms across India—from Khajuraho to Mukteshwar—and was awarded the title of "Odissi Pratibha" in 2018. As a senior dancer with the group Sankalp, I also represented India through ICCR, performing internationally in Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras. Beyond dance, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Psychology, which further deepen my understanding of teaching and expression through movement.
