Greetings! I am a certified NIS Swimming Coach, National Medalist Swimmer, and a passionate fitness enthusiast with over 10 years of experience in competitive swimming and athletic training. My 1-hour classes focus on overcoming fear, building strength, improving technique, and developing endurance step by step in a safe and motivating environment. Each session is carefully planned with warm-up drills, breathing control, stroke correction, strength-building exercises, and guided practice for all four strokes. With personalized attention and progressive training methods, swimmers gradually gain confidence inside the water while improving fitness, discipline, and overall performance. Whether you are a beginner learning to float or an advanced swimmer refining technique, every class is designed to help you feel stronger, safer, and more confident in the pool.
