hi , i am mounika ,i believe that learning is a two way process where the children and the teacher learn together . and teacher is just a facilitator but not a person to dump information into students heads . i am always open to questions and highly encourage students with curiosity to learn things . the only thing i expect from a student is RESPONSE , which are simply there instant thoughts on thinking about thoughts .

Iwould like to have a interactive class , i believe that there is no response which can be correct or wrong , but the response depends and tells us as a teacher the way a child is thinking about an issue or topic . Only when the children are talking and sharing their opinion we can c,early understand where each child stands and what we as a teacher /facilitator should do to keep up with every ones pace of the class to make the learning better and interesting without deviating and disturbance .
