About Shanker
I am PhD scholar presently, before that I used to teach concrete technology; structural analysis and design related subjects to to undergraduate students. I have almost 5 years of experience of teaching students in groups and they successfully qualified there exams.
Besides this I also offer professional training on Auto CAD and ETABS softwares. This involves get hands on training what client needs (e.g. what you specifically need? What types of structures you draw using software?). This way of professionalism is highly focused on your key requirements rather teaching things which might not be useful to you.

My methodology in class based on few questions (i.e. why you are learning particular topic? What is the need and importance of subject in field? What if you learned particular subject?). This makes students enthusiastic to learn and to get them realize why it is important what they are learning. However, for individual tutoring I completely leave over student (i.e. what he/she wants to learn and where they are struggling). Again this way of effective learning gets me realises what client wants rather what I want. I always try my best to update myself based on students reflection on my way of teaching, while keeping in mind students requirements and wants.
