About Jessica
I have been tutoring for 2 years now and during this time I have had worked with a Year 3 boy who previously struggled with Literacy but is now able to read fluently, spell and tackle Upper KS2 work (he is now moving in to Year 5). I have also tutored a Year 5/6 boy as he prepared for SATS last year and he was able to secure good grades when taking the new SATS last year. In addition to this I am working with a Year 7 boy to improve his creative writing.

My name is Jessica and I am a friendly primary school teacher. I have taught in lots of different schools so I understand the process of the 11+ and what schools are looking for when testing. I have also been a Senior Leader, in charge of Phonics/Read Write Inc and have a proven track record in schools for making impact on Literacy progress. I have a good understanding of the curriculum and I always make sure my students are comfortable and have fun! I tend to use a variety of methods such as ICT, sensory resources and more traditional materials. I will therefore, tailor your sessions to your particular learning style to ensure you reach your true potential.
