About Swaminathan
I, Swaminathan, have completed Master's degree from TU Delft, The Netherlands. I have been part of Asana andiyappan yoga centre since 8th grade and krishnamacharaya yoga mandhiram since bachelor's first year. I have been trained in yoga, mediation, sutra recitation and understanding,Sanskrit language and breathing for over 14 years.

Initial start-up would be a discussion on the need of yoga, mathra recitation and breathing exercises. The scientific reasoning and as well from pantajali yoga sutras.
The next step is understanding the Patanjali yoga sutra with its meanings.
Basic stretches, followed by basic yoga poses, then suryanamaskaram, and then finally hard yogic poses, and breathing exercises like nadi shudi, pranayama, kapalpadi etc.FInally mantra recitation. This would be structure of the complete course with slight variations here and there.
