About Marine

WHO AM I ?

My name is Marine.

I am 25 years old and I have been studying for 2 years now at the Cours Florent Musique in Paris.
After a master's degree in business school, I returned to my first passion: music!
Indeed, I started music at 6 years old and I took guitar lessons for 8 years.
I started composing at the age of 11, where I wrote my first texts.
Today, I perform on stage every 2 months with the Florent Musique courses, where we study music composing, Computer Aided Music, writing, singing, interpretation and stage presence, with the aim of releasing an EP. /album.
I would like to help you practice this common passion: the love of music.

Hi there !

1. COURSES AND THEIR CONTENT

This accompaniment is a 360° course leading to the creation of a song.
My learning method is simple and designed to support people with a beginner to intermediate level. It can be children (even very young children with the creation of nursery rhymes for a musical awakening), teenagers or adults who would like to create their own songs.

The process of creating a song that I propose goes through several stages:
- The composition (structure, sung melody, harmony)
- Computer programming thanks to Computer Aided Music, or by recording acoustic instruments tracks on computer
- Writing a text in French or English
- Work on vocal technique and interpretation of the song
- Song recording

2. DISTRIBUTION OF HOURS

I recommend the following steps:

2h: Composition + Computer Aided Music
1 hour: Writing the text
1 h: Singing, interpretation and recording

This is a recommendation. The level of the student, his knowledge, his facilities in a field, etc. will allow more or less rapid progress in the creation of the song.
At the request of the student and his parents, sessions can be added in order to deepen each of the stages.

The student can also complete certain steps on his own if necessary, to prepare in advance for the next lesson.

"Homework" will be given before each new stage in order to stimulate the student's creativity and increase efficiency.
Ideas, drafts of texts can also be sent to me between sessions.

3. THE TOOLS

I make available to the student during face-to-face courses (and depending on the stage we're at):
- a mini master keyboard of 25 Arturia keys - MiniLab MKII
- Computer music software Logic Pro X
- Mcbook pro
- a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen sound card
- a Shure SM7B recording microphone
- an articulated arm
- course materials

4. THE FIRST EXCHANGE

The first exchange is free (by video or telephone)
It makes it possible to discuss with the student and/or his parents his desires, his musical tastes, his level, his strengths, his weaknesses, etc.
This will allow me to prepare the most personalized support possible to meet the needs of the student.

At the end of this course, you leave with a file of your song in the format of your choice (MP3, AIFF, WAVE)

I accept service employment checks (CESU)

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me, I remain at your entire disposal.

Have a nice day !

Musically,
Marine
