About Ramneek
My name is Nikki, and I am currently a student doctor at the University of Sheffield! I'm very down to earth and easy to chat to and make all my students feel comfortable and confident when in my lessons - as nobody should feel as though they can't be honest with their learning! I've helped students at my old school with their A levels and med applications as well as having to teach my own A level Biology class - so my experience extends far and wide! I really hope to push you as far as you can as you really are capable of whatever you want to achieve! Take it from me - I was the only student from my school in almost a decade to go to medical school! :)

After having to teach myself A level Biology in sixth form, I've really understood what works and what doesn't when it comes to teaching. I lead with a heavy focus on exam technique as well as breaking down concepts as far as they are needed to help my student understand as I know first-hand how overwhelming it can be. I gauge my students' understanding first and build from there, using concise techniques to cut out what we really don't need. I also offer separate lessons on applications to medical school and interview prep. - My typical lesson would be an hour but I am happy to extend! - They are catered towards year 12 - 13 and those looking to apply to medical school.
