About Anne
I am a Spanish student in the UK. I have taught both Spanish and English before to groups and individuals. I am studying History, Politics and Economics at UCL, and have helped high school students before with end of school exams, such as A Levels or any multiple choice, like SATs. I also have a grade 8 title in Piano and offer lessons in piano playing.

I focus on learning through deep, intuitive understanding of the subject in question, rather than memorization (except when necessary). In the initial stages of teaching I like to analyze the student's way of learning, making the most of his/her strengths and working on his/her weaknesses. When it comes to end of school and multiple choice exams (or level test exams in general) I make sure the student dominates the contents perfectly, and then understands the exam format itself to maximize the score. In languages I give equal weight to vocabulary and conversation, and grammar, but also encourage learning through basic reading of the language.
