Got colors in high-school for soccer and played first team for three years.
I have also been involved in a Tottenham hotspurs camp which I achieved the best player for the week.
I played in the SAB league which is a semi-professional league.
I played rugby at school I played third team.

My training method is to firstly have a session and see what the athlete is capable of, then proceed by planning sessions on areas for the athlete to improve their abilities. I will teach the athlete new skills and help them with in game scenarios.
