About Eti
I am a social worker. I have a degree in Home Science. By profession I am a CSR Consultant. I worked with a lot of NGOs before taking social work as a full time job. It motivates me to cook for others.

My teaching method is Traditional. I base my teachings on giving scientific examples and logics. I prefer to tell my students the background of the particular food product and the dish as a whole and its historical importance and characteristics.
