About Leila
From a young age, I struggled with school myself, particularly finding I had issues focusing on content. This meant I was labelled as 'lazy' or a 'bad student' by teachers growing up. However, I eventually realised all I needed was to find a way to make the content interesting for myself and find studying strategies that worked for me. For this reason I am eager to help other students do the same!

Typically I recommend taking an hour slot per session, and I structure my lessons based on my student's feedback of what they feel will help them best. A typical session includes time to go over the key content of the subject being tackled, before delving into working through some questions together. Before sessions I will set reading or questions for the student to work on independently if this is something they feel will benefit them.
