About Gayathri
As a tutor, I am patient, reliable, and committed to helping every student succeed at their own pace. Through my experience working at Kumon and coaching skating, I have developed strong communication and teaching skills with students of different ages and learning styles. I understand that subjects like algebra and physics can be challenging because I experienced those struggles myself while taking AP Physics, so I know how to explain concepts in multiple ways until they truly make sense. I always come prepared, create a supportive learning environment, and focus on helping students build both understanding and confidence in their abilities.

Students should take lessons with me because I understand how frustrating subjects like algebra and physics can feel. While taking AP Physics, I struggled with many concepts myself and spent a lot of time going to tutors, asking questions, and finding different ways to understand the material, which helped me learn how important patience, clear explanations, and different teaching methods are when learning difficult topics. I also have prior teaching experience through working at Kumon and coaching skating, so I know how to work with students of different ages, learning styles, and confidence levels. I focus on creating a supportive and comfortable environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, build confidence, and truly understand the material instead of just memorizing it.
