My class is based on powerful visualizations based on the grounds of traditional techniques which help to attain the maximum benefits of meditation. Moreover, meditation does not involve trying. It happens gradually once an individual is free of the limitations of the mind.
The first half of my class would include basic philosophy of yoga and meditation followed by practice of a meditation technique which would be different each day and the second half of the class would be ended by Yoga Nidra which is a deep conscious sleep.
My classes are suitable for anyone who has a drive to delve into the deeper patterns of their own mind and realize themselves as pure conscious beings. People suffering with insomnia, anxiety, or ADHD would find these sessions to be extremely beneficial.
