About Jyotsna
I am a Graduate in Mathematics (Hons.) from Delhi University, currently on the verge of completing my Post Graduation in mathematics with applications in computer science , for which I am ensuing a Research Project in Statistics. Apart from this strong Mathematical background I am also an Actuarial Student Member of Institute and faculty of actuaries(IFOA), UK , with three exemptions from there namely CT1- Financial Mathematics, CT3- Probability and Statistics and CT5- Contingencies which adds on Statistical and Financial literacy to my knowledge to a great extent. I also posses a Professional Certification from NSDC India in Data Science Pro-degree (with Genpact) and a working experience as a Data Analyst that makes me even more equipped with soft skills such as Ms Excel, Python, R, SAS, Sql and Tableau supported by a deep awareness of Statistical Methods.

I like approaching the topic starting with basic formulas and concepts , because I believe once you are well equipped with basics supporting the topic it becomes easy to understand the further complexities of it, thorough with this the next step would be gradually stacking the details of the topic as required by the student meanwhile welcoming all their doubts . I rather like to create an interactive session between a trainer and trainee which allows innovation of new methods and a better clarity of the concepts involved in the process than a descriptive session which allows only transfer of facts and formulas. the idea is to concoct a platform where I can share my piece of information while learning form the student as well so that we together take our skills a notch higher than earlier.
