About Anushka

I am a 1st year university student studying English BA at the University of York. I'm particularly keen to tutor because I want to provide students the skills they need to succeed in school to enable successful future endeavours. I am especially passionate about nurturing students who may be struggling - by equipping them with the tools to succeed and ensuring education feels accessible to all students, no matter their ability.

About the lesson

My lessons will be flexible to the individual needs of my students. I will teach them content by using textbooks and completing activities such as answering questions and looking at past papers. I will help students effectively revise by teaching active revision methods such as by providing students with past papers and modelled examples. This ensures that not only will students learn and understand the content, but they will also be equipped with techniques to help them apply their knowledge in exams.
