I teach in English and isiXhosa, whichever language the student is comfortable with. My lessons are unique because I start out with what the student knows by letting them attempt an exercise or activity. Students will expect independence because even though I teach, they will have to mostly think for themselves, but not because I am lazy or selfish, but because I need them to feel confident when answering or attempting questions.
