About India
I am thrilled at the chance to assist students who feel overwhelmed by the English language. I believe that every student deserves a fair chance to work towards their future with the highest prospects possible. Both my mother and grandfather are teachers, granting me much experience over the years of dedicating each lesson tailored to each student's specific needs. Furthermore, my family's dedication to the education system has proven to me first hand how every student's experience with learning differs.

I tailor my English lessons to each student’s individual needs, whether that is grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, or specific school curriculum requirements. I studied English Language and Literature at A level, achieving an overall grade C. Notably, my English Language component was only one mark away from an A, reflecting my strong understanding of language skills in particular. I also achieved a grade 7 at GCSE English Language. Due to the fact that I grew in Holland, I only began learning English writing in Year 6, which meant I was unable to sit the 11+ exam and initially attended a comprehensive school. Despite this, I worked hard to improve my English and later continued my education at a grammar school for my A levels. This journey has given me first-hand experience of the challenges students face when learning or struggling with English. Because of this, I am especially passionate about supporting students who feel less confident in English — whether it is their second language or they are simply finding the subject difficult. I aim to create a patient, supportive, and encouraging learning environment where students can build confidence and progress at their own pace.
