About Marjorie
I am Marjorie from the Philippines. I am currently studying at Universitas Pelita Harapan (International Teacher's College, Corban University), Indonesia. I am taking up the course Secondary English Education and am currently in my senior year. At this moment, I am doing my student teaching, handling Grade 7 and 8 English (specifically, English as an Additional Language).
I wanted to teach in order to help children who are struggling with English. Aside from that, I also need an extra income to support my living in Indonesia.

-Task-Based Language Learning. This kind of learning methodology is more on task completion. As a teacher, I will be preparing tasks that are relevant and useful in learning English, and students must be able to complete the given task expecting that they should use their pre-knowledge or what they already know about the lesson. The teacher will always be there to back up and guide the student with any questions or confusion they have. There will also be a discussion time. Students will receive constant, constructive feedback.
