About Humerah
At 10 years of age I was handed a book by my father and told to prepare for my 11+ as I had a strong academic ability. The joy I found within after completing my first non-verbal reasoning paper was indescribable, being able to figure out why and how something was possible and reach a correct answer was so satisfactory. I became more and more engaged and wanted to learn more and more. I started working through all books as fast as I could wanting to get to the harder questions. This was when I knew I wanted to pass my 11+and get an admission into a grammar school. From that moment my goal was clear and I successfully got a place as Sutton Coldfield Grammar School. My desire to learn more grew and it was in year 7 when I fell in love with Maths. Numbers, algebra, perimeter and area were just a few of the things that excited me, I became an exceptional student in my class and went onto achieve an A* at GCSE. This is when I decided to take A Level Maths and study a maths based degree at university. I graduated with a first class honours in Accounting and Finance from Keele University. I am excited to share my knowledge and strategies.
